Payment Options
Wasteless-Kiwi offers several methods for payment including:
VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and Bank Deposit (within New Zealand only)
You can choose your most convenient option when you reach the checkout. At this point, please read our terms and conditions carefully and by proceeding you are agreeing to them. Just click the 'check out' button to proceed.
IF PAYING WITH PAYPAL:
If paying with PayPal, just select the yellow icon on the top left of your cart and follow the PayPal directions.
Ensure that you confirm your billing address. Click 'pay now' to proceed and your payment will be processed. You will then return to an order confirmation screen, providing your order number and a re-confirmation of your delivery details.
FOR ALL OTHER PAYMENTS:
Customer information
All other payment options will become available after you have completed your customer information and confirmed the shipping method. If you already have an account then just Log in, your details will be saved from last time. Otherwise you can provide us with your shipping address and let us know if you would like to be signed up to our mailing list (don't worry, we won't bombard you with emails).
Shipping method
Shipping will be automatically calculated depending on your area if your purchase is under $350NZD. You can check your Shipping address details and edit if required.
IF PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD:
If paying using a credit card (and not through the PayPal check out) just select the circular box next to the credit card option (VISA or MasterCard).
You will be directed to a secure payment gateway checkout where you can enter your credit card details. This will be followed by an authorisation screen, just click 'next' to return to the Wasteless Kiwi site. We will email confirmation of your order to the email or SMS address supplied.
IF PAYING BANK DEPOSIT:
This option is only available for New Zealand customers and shipping will take an extra day or two to allow for confirmation of payment. Just select the circular button next to the Bank Deposit option.
A pop-up screen will provide the bank account details for you to direct credit payment. You will also receive an email or SMS with the invoice and bank account details. Once the bank payment has been verified we will email you to confirm shipment with your order number which you can then use for any enquiries.
SHIPPING FOR ALL PAYMENT OPTIONS:
If you log in and join Wasteless Kiwi, you will have an order history allowing you to see the progress of your existing order(s) and/or previous purchases.
Items will be shipped within 1 or 2 working days, and you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with the relevant tracking details. We will keep you informed of the order progress at all steps along the way, if there's any issue please contact us at care@wasteless-kiwi.com.
